Deactivate McAfee Virus Protection Temporarily

You can select from 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes for resuming or you can also resume while restarting the computer system. And if you choose ‘Never’, the antivirus protection will not work until it is enabled manually.

f. For turning off the protection, click on ‘Turn Off’. You will receive a warning immediately on screen with message ‘Your Computer Is At Risk’ informing that your virus protection is disabled.

g. Close the McAfee control panel after tapping on ‘Done’ button.
